Benji Sneddon - Founder / Driver
Benji leads the charge at Mukka Motorsport and is our multi-talented pilot, taking to the tracks Nationally and Internationally across Super Saloon, Drag and Drift car competitions. No stranger to the industry, Benji thrives on pushing the limits on and off the racetrack, having won numerous titles and leading the vision and build of the world’s first 6 Rotor Billet engine on an RX7 chassis. With Benji’s foot firmly on the pedal, Mukka Motorsport continues to accelerate its growth across the board.
Emily Sneddon – Camp Mum
They say that behind every great man is a great woman and Benji’s Wife, Emily is no exception. In addition to being Benji’s number one supporter, Emily’s creative skills and talents extend to all areas of Mukka Motorsport. You’ll catch Emily at most of the season events, supporting and cheering on Benji, with their son, Freddy.
Freddy Sneddon - Future Driver
Benji and Emily’s son, also known as “Big Fred”, was born into the Mukka Crew in 2022. Freddy’s passion for cars is evident, just try peeling his hands off the steering wheel. Sure to pave a path and career of his own one day, Big Fred is one to watch.
David Sneddon – Driver / Crew Member
Benji’s Father, Dave pilots the 1971 Cuba 654 Drag Car. An experienced driver and weapon of a character off the track (aka “Mad Dave”), he’ll be dusting off his helmet and gloves in preparation for the Masterton Motorplex 3 events of the 23/24 season before committing to the full drag racing season the following year. Look out for Dave on and off the tarmac, he’s Mad.
Mike Plato - Production and Content
Mike’s passion for photography and content creation started as a hobby and has quickly become a talent. Having spent 10 years working at Avon City Ford, Mike is right at home around the fleet, photographing and filming the Mukka cars, crew and events. You’ll spot Mike capturing the antics out at the racetrack or working hard to keep you current with content.
Cody Blanche – Crew Member / Fleet Valet
Cody lives and breathes motorsport and is car mad. Cody can clean a car like nobody’s business, supports the crew with vehicle maintenance and is always on hand in the pits, he wouldn’t miss a track day for anything. You’ll know it’s Cody when you spot the wide-brimmed hat, earmuffs and bright Viper sunnies, humbly known as “The Cody Kit”.
Daniel Bosson – Crew Member
Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Mukka Crew, in the motorsport industry and in life. You’ll catch Daniel in the pits, working hard to keep the cars in impeccable condition and on track.
